Good morning Dave,

I think the best part of yesterday was seeing my dad’s smiling face as he was wheeled through the doors into his new facility. It was so obvious to me that he was well taken care of during his long flight from Alaska to California. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for orchestrating such a wonderful flight. I appreciated the updates throughout the day, knowing my dad was fine and the flight was progressing. And can I say, the flight nurses were amazing. When Nurse Lisa hugged me I thought to myself, she really gets it. She understands the anxiety a family member feels waiting for their loved one. Thank you for everything..

All in all, it was a wonderful experience. While no one ever dreams of having to use a medical flight to transport a loved one, I am so grateful for Medflight One and the caring people who help bring a loved one home.
