I want to say a very special thank you to you and your team at Medflight One. From our very first phone call I could tell their was a difference in your company and how you operate. From start to finish your services and staff were professional, caring, thoughtful and responded to my requests like none of the other companies. In fact, one company I called returned the call after you had already flown my brother from Niagara Fall to Ft. Lauderdale.

As you know my brother was in the Hospice unit in Niagara Falls and my family wanted to bring him to Florida so that his family, including our 96 year old mother, could have time with Teddy in his last days. Your efforts, contributions, and coordination, along with Karen and the flight team, were exceptional. Even though Teddy was in a gurney he said it was the most exciting flight ever for him and your “guys”, Don and Sean, were great to him the whole trip. He said ” I could do that all over again”.

My brother passed 18 days after his arrival but with your help he was surrounded by the love of his family for those last days and we will never forget the Medflight One team in making that possible.
